WeDrive is a CDL-focused job and hiring platform designed to help professional drivers find better opportunities and help trucking employers connect with more qualified candidates.
The platform organizes job and driver information around trucking-specific details such as location, experience, endorsements, route type, job preference, pay range, availability, and company fit.
WeDrive is built for CDL drivers, trucking employers, recruiters, carriers, fleet operators, and companies hiring commercial drivers.
Drivers can use WeDrive to search for CDL opportunities and build a profile. Employers can use WeDrive to post jobs, present clearer hiring details, and connect with candidates who better match their needs.
WeDrive helps drivers search for CDL jobs with clearer information before they apply. Drivers can review opportunities based on factors such as route type, pay, location, home time, endorsements, experience requirements, and job type.
The goal is to help drivers make better career decisions instead of applying blindly to jobs that may not be the right fit.
WeDrive helps employers present CDL job opportunities in a clearer and more organized way. Employers can share important hiring details so drivers better understand the position before applying.
This helps reduce confusion, improve candidate quality, and make the hiring process more efficient.
Yes. Drivers can create a profile that helps organize their CDL-related information, including experience, location, job preferences, endorsements, availability, and other details that may help with job matching.
A stronger profile can help employers better understand whether a driver may be a good fit for an opportunity.
WeDrive may include local, regional, OTR, dedicated, owner-operator, specialized, full-time, part-time, contract, seasonal, and temporary CDL opportunities.
Available job types depend on what employers post and what listings are active on the platform.
WeDrive is designed to support smarter job matching based on trucking-specific details. Matching may consider factors such as driver location, job location, route preference, experience level, job type, and other profile information.
A match does not guarantee a job offer, interview, or hiring decision. It is meant to help drivers and employers identify better-fit opportunities.
Yes. Employers can post multiple CDL job opportunities and include details for each position, such as location, job type, pay range, experience requirements, route structure, and hiring needs.
Clearer job postings help drivers understand the opportunity before applying.
Employers should include the job title, company name, city and state, job type, route type, pay range, home-time details, equipment type, experience requirements, endorsement requirements, and any important hiring expectations.
The more complete the listing is, the easier it is for drivers to decide whether the job is a good fit.
WeDrive is primarily focused on CDL driver hiring, but available opportunities may vary by employer. Some listings may focus on CDL Class A, CDL Class B, local delivery, regional routes, OTR positions, specialized driving, or other commercial driving needs.
Drivers should review each job listing carefully before applying.
